Baking soda enters the main mill grinding chamber through the quantitative feeding device from the buffer bin, and the material, high-speed rotating device and particles impact, collide, rub, shear and squeeze each other to achieve ultra-fine grinding.
The crushed material is transported to the impeller classification area by the rising airflow. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the classification wheel and the suction force of the fan, the coarse and fine powders are separated. The qualified fine powder is transported to the desulfurization tower by the wear-resistant fan, and the unqualified powder is returned to the grinding chamber by the internal classifier for re-grinding.

AK series baking soda special grinding and conveying system is an impact-type high-efficiency airflow grinding machine independently designed, developed and produced by introducing advanced German technology, combining mechanical principles and combining my country's actual situation. The unit has the advantages of stable technical performance, low noise, low power consumption, high production efficiency, beautiful appearance, small footprint, and easy installation and maintenance. The fine powder after crushing has uniform particle size distribution and low temperature rise of the self-developed discharge fan. It is a new product designed and developed specifically for the grinding of denitrification sodium bicarbonate materials. There is an automatic feeding device at the feed inlet and a wind classification device installed in the unit, so that the particle size of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily. The crushing area formed by the high-speed rotating crushing disk and the gear ring, the material is crushed by the superposition of multiple crushing forces such as friction, shearing, and collision in the crushing area. The crushed material moves to the classification area with the rising air flow under the action of the fan suction force. Under the strong centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating classification turbine, the coarse and fine materials are separated, and the fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the conveying fan through the classification wheel and are transported to the flue gas duct.
2.1. This unit does not need to build infrastructure. It comes with a shockproof pad device and a large script with adjustable height. It can meet the installation work on a plane of about 10 cm for commercial concrete. The high-speed rotating parts of the machine are strictly treated with dynamic balance and static balance to prevent abnormal vibration and noise of the machine, and also ensure the service life and normal use of the equipment;
2.2. The main engine, grading, feeding and fan of this unit are all frequency-controlled, which can realize digital central console operation, provide accurate technical analysis and data filing for material crushing, thereby reducing the cost and personnel loss of enterprises for training new employees;
2.3. The main body of this unit is made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and anti-oxidation;
2.4. Ensure that the temperature of baking soda out of the mill is <45℃;

The hammer head, gear ring and classifier developed by ourselves make the particle size and fineness of the crushed materials evenly distributed, which can be adjusted arbitrarily between D90/5-50um, and the fineness control is ahead of the industry equipment; the crushing system with negative pressure design makes it possible to prevent leakage of materials during the grinding process, which meets the national environmental protection standards;
2.6. The hammer head and gear ring are made of high-speed steel wear-resistant materials, which prolongs the service life of the equipment;
2.7. The fan adopts a straight blade impeller design, which has high pressure and is not easy to form spots. It is also equipped with a quick cleaning port and a sewage outlet, so that the fan impeller can be quickly cleaned and resumed when it is spotted. The fan is equipped with a special air regulating valve, which can freely adjust the air volume without losing pressure; there is also a special sampling port at the fan outlet, which can quickly sample and analyze the coarseness of the finished product, so as to adjust the correct parameters of the classification system.
2.8. The grinding spindle and grading spindle are made of 40Gr material with high toughness and wear resistance; the bearings are permanent oil-free fully enclosed bearings, imported from Sweden, SKF; the transmission wheel is a quick-detachable European taper pulley; the transmission belt is a European high wear resistance and high grip SPB type.
2.9. There is a silencer device at the air inlet, and the entire production process is dust-free, meeting the production environment requirements.
